At JASMA JEWELRY, every piece is crafted with intention, quality, and care. We want you to feel confident wearing your jewelry every day — which is why each item comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.


🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from your purchase date.
This includes:

  • Faulty clasps or closures

  • Broken chains due to manufacturing flaws

  • Stones or charms that detach due to workmanship

  • Plating issues caused by production defects (not wear)

If you experience any of the above, we will repair or replace your item at no extra cost.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


🚫 What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Because our jewelry is 18K gold-plated stainless steel, natural fading can occur over time based on care, skincare products, and lifestyle.
For this reason, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading or tarnishing due to perfumes, water, lotions, or sweat

  • Scratches or dents from daily use

  • Damage from improper storage or cleaning

  • Lost or stolen items

These conditions are normal for gold-plated jewelry and not considered defects.
